Rs3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rs3 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use rs3's services.

To use the rs3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age requirement set by the laws of your state or region.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has been prohibited from using gambling platforms by a court order or regulatory body.
• Using this platform for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.

Rs3 reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any user at any time. Any false information provided during registration or the verification process may result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted only one active account on the rs3 platform. Registering multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information is used for identity verification and financial transaction processing.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. rs3 recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Notify rs3 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Rs3 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

5. Liability Limits, Account Suspension, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

Rs3 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. rs3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.

Rs3's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

Rs3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests from relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• Accounts inactive beyond the stipulated period with no transaction activity.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, rs3 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the offending activity. For closures due to other reasons, any valid balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the verification process.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rs3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of rs3 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from rs3.

6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law

Third-Party Links & Services

The rs3 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. rs3 does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of these third-party services. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms

Rs3 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the rs3 platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the rs3 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
